The Flat Homogeneous Conveyor Belt is a fabric-free conveyor belt manufactured from polymer materials using an integrated extrusion or molding process. Unlike traditional belts featuring fabric cores or cord reinforcements, this belt consists of a uniform material throughout its entire structure. This design completely eliminates risks such as fiber shedding, bacterial growth, or material penetration caused by delamination or edge fraying, making it an ideal choice for conveying environments requiring high hygiene standards.

Core Features and Technical Concepts

Monolithic Integrated Structure
The entire belt is formed from a single polymer material (such as thermoplastic polyurethane [TPU] or polyolefin [TPE]). With no internal fabric reinforcement or skeletal layers, it fundamentally eliminates the risk of belt delamination caused by interlayer separation or edge cracking.

Uniform, Non-Porous Surface
The surface is flat, smooth, and dense, free of micropores, offering excellent physical impermeability. Liquids, oils, dust, and fine particles cannot penetrate the belt body, effectively preventing the harboring and proliferation of microorganisms, bacteria, and allergens.

High-Standard Hygienic Cleaning Performance
The belt supports Clean-in-Place (CIP) procedures and exhibits excellent resistance to various chemical cleaning agents, disinfectants, and high-pressure water spraying. Its smooth geometric profile ensures there are no cleaning "dead zones," significantly reducing downtime for cleaning and lowering water consumption.

Protection Against Foreign Object Contamination
The belt edges do not shed fibers or debris when subjected to wear or physical abrasion. This non-shedding material characteristic completely prevents physical foreign object contamination of the conveyed product, ensuring a clean conveying environment.

Excellent Physicochemical Stability
The material itself offers superior resistance to oil, abrasion, and hydrolysis, as well as excellent low-temperature performance. It is highly adaptable to mechanical processing; features such as cleats, guide strips, or sidewalls can be directly fabricated onto the belt's top or bottom surfaces, with welded joints maintaining the material's homogeneity.
